  • The Elementary Program Coordinator leads the Dream Center’s elementary education program for students in grades 3–5. This role oversees weekly program nights, supports volunteers, and creates a safe, consistent, and engaging learning environment that fosters academic growth, character development, and spiritual formation. The coordinator works closely with the Education Coordinator to ensure program excellence and meaningful relationships with students and families.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee weekly elementary program nights

    • Prepare curriculum, supplies, and visual supports for each session

    • Lead a brief Character Building Time focused on monthly character themes

    • Coordinate volunteers and clearly communicate roles and lesson plans

    • Track attendance and participation using KidCheck and Remind

    • Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment for students

    • Communicate student needs, progress, or concerns to the Education Coordinator

    • Build strong relationships with students, families, and volunteers

    • Assist with tutoring programs, field trips, and education-related events

    Qualifications

    • Experience working with children in education, ministry, or community settings preferred

    • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills

    • Ability to lead, encourage, and support volunteers

    • Comfort using Google Workspace and basic program tools

    • Alignment with the Dream Center’s Christian mission and values

    Schedule & Work Environment

    • Part-time (12–15 hours/week)

    • Includes weekly evening programs and occasional weekends

  • The Education Coordinator leads education programs for students in grades 3–12, providing oversight, structure, and vision for student programming. This role works closely with staff and volunteers to deliver engaging, Christ-centered learning environments that support academic growth, leadership development, and personal transformation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee education programs for grades 3–12

    • Develop and implement curriculum aligned with the Dream Center’s mission

    • Recruit, train, and support education staff and volunteers

    • Manage student enrollment, attendance, and participation

    • Build relationships with students, families, volunteers, and partner schools

    • Track outcomes and collaborate with staff to support student needs

    • Maintain program schedules, records, and communication tools

    • Coordinate education-related events, orientations, and activities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred (education, social sciences, or related field)

    • Experience in education, youth programming, or nonprofit work preferred

    • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead volunteers

  • The Trinity Health Center Operations Director oversees the daily operations of the clinic to ensure excellence in patient care, compliance, financial stewardship, and volunteer coordination. This role supports smooth clinic flow, maintains regulatory standards, and equips staff and volunteers to serve patients with professionalism, compassion, and integrity, while aligning all operations with the mission and values of Trinity Health Center.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, workflow, and patient flow

    • Manage medical supplies, inventory, equipment, and clinic readiness

    • Serve as primary contact for eClinicalWorks charting access and troubleshooting

    • Oversee basic financial operations including payments, deposits, and reporting

    • Support budgeting, purchasing, and stewardship of clinic resources

    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, licensing, and clinic policies

    • Maintain clinic procedures, documentation, and basic quality assurance processes

    • Coordinate staff schedules, attendance tracking, and operational support

    • Recruit, onboard, train, and schedule clinic volunteers

    • Build relationships with medical partners, vendors, and community partners

    • Coordinate clinic metrics, reports, and the annual Health Fair

    Qualifications

    • Experience in healthcare operations, clinic administration, or nonprofit management preferred

    • Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills

    • Familiarity with compliance, patient services, and clinic workflows

    • Proficiency with eClinicalWorks, Google Workspace, and office systems

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
